Meet the team behind TRUE Group.
Jim has been a passionate advocate for accountability and integrity in the water intrusion and reconstruction industry for more than two decades. He founded True Group to bring those ideals to the contracting and roofing service business in Central Florida.
Jim is widely recognized across the southeast region for his work in construction defect identification and resolution. He is known for his career-long passion for containing costs, providing creative reconstruction protocols for challenging projects, and leading teams that accomplish those goals within budget.
Barbara brings her 30 years of experience as a business owner to her role as Chief Administrative Officer. She is responsible for all areas of administration including accounting, HR, legal, marketing, and keeping the team running smoothly for her family-run business.
Prior to the True Group, Barbara worked as a paralegal. She brings that same attention to detail and commitment to client relationships to her current role. Barbara approaches every client the way she would like to be treated and treats every project like it was her own property — the founding principles of our TRUE Signature Service.
Bryan joins the True Group team after a 20+ year career working on the construction materials side of the business, bringing a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
As COO, Bryan’s job is to ensure that our True Signature Service is delivered for every project. He is responsible for leading daily operations including scheduling, overseeing crew leaders, and handling vendor and manufacturer relations that are all critical to our success.
Bryan made the move from the building materials business to True Group. He leads our team with his steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering on time and on budget.
Danny is responsible for managing the crews at the job site. A production manager with more than 20 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial roofing products, is the recognized face of our team who stars in all our roofing explainer videos, and works directly with our customers at the job site.
He is on site for all jobs to oversee the crew and ensure each installation meets standards in work safety, efficiency, and manufacturer’s specifications. We call him our TRUE Signature Service ambassador because he ensures every project utilizes the highest quality products and is delivered with outstanding service and craftsmanship.
Danny is certified by the Tile Roofing Institute (TRI) for concrete and clay roof tile installation. He is also a CertainTeed shingle quality specialist and a certified polyfoam applicator.
